Agreements Granting Commercial Rights to the Technology

Option Agreement: Grants the company a specified period of time to review the technology to make a decision about entering into an exclusive license; ISURF will not grant commercial rights to other parties during the option period.
Non-Exclusive License Agreement: Grants the company the non-exclusive right for a period of time to use the technology under specified parameters.
End User Software Agreement: Grants the company the non-exclusive right for a period of time to use the software under specified parameters.
